We began in 2021 in the Of district of Trabzon, blending the Eastern Black Sea's centuries-old maritime heritage with modern engineering — durability and beauty in a single hull.
The journey that began at our yard on the Kıyıcık shore carries our experience — from fishing vessels to commercial boats — into the building of comfort-focused private yachts. Our expertise in steel hull engineering puts a distinct engineering signature on every yacht we build.

Every interior is shaped around the owner.
Every yacht in our fleet is built with its proportions and general arrangement fixed, and its interior worked entirely to the owner's vision. Series production asks you to take a model as it comes; here you set the character of the boat.
This is not an options list, it is how we work: from the first drawings to handover, every stage runs at our own yard, with you.
